Namaste! I’m Dhanashree, and I proudly come from the vibrant state of Maharashtra, India. My yoga journey spans over 12 years, driven by a deep commitment to self-practice and a profound passion for the transformative power of yoga.
As a certified YCB Level 3 Yoga Teacher & Evaluator, I bring both knowledge and experience to my practice and teachings. I believe yoga is much more than physical postures—it is a holistic practice that combines Philosophy, Therapy, and Pranayama, which together promote a balanced, healthy, and harmonious life.
Throughout my years of self-practice, I’ve experienced the deep, life-changing effects of yoga, which has inspired me to guide others on their own transformative journeys. My goal is to help you achieve peace, balance, and well-being, whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner.

Archana Chakravarthy
Holistic Yoga Teacher
I am Archana Chakravarthy, a Yoga Teacher and Evaluator with 15 years of experience, specializing in Hatha Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal, Kids Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. I hold over 800 hours of training under the Yoga Certification Board (Ministry of Ayush) and a diploma in Yoga Therapy.
Since 2014, I’ve guided students of all levels, offering prenatal yoga sessions at hospitals, group classes in communities, and restorative practices designed for relaxation and healing. As an Ashtanga Yoga teacher, I focus on delivering a structured, dynamic practice.
I’ve deepened my knowledge through training with experts like Ms. Deepika Mehta (Ashtanga Yoga), Shri. H.S Arun (Chair Yoga), Shri. Sandeep Manur (Iyengar Yoga), and Shri. Praveen Somu (Intensive Yoga Workshop).
Along with my yoga certifications, I hold an MBA in Human Resources. I am committed to helping each student achieve long-term well-being through personalized, transformative yoga practices.

Namaste! I’m Amulya, and my journey is a fusion of Eastern wisdom and Western insight. Born in India and raised in Germany, I’ve experienced a rich blend of cultures, completing half of my schooling in India and half in Germany. This multicultural background gives me a unique perspective, one that informs my yoga practice and philosophy, making it both deeply rooted in tradition and attuned to modern needs.
For over 10 years, I have been practicing Bikram Hatha Yoga in Germany, immersing myself in its discipline, mindfulness, and transformative power. As an advanced yoga practitioner, I believe yoga is more than just physical postures—it’s a path to mental resilience, emotional balance, and inner peace. Alongside my yoga journey, I am pursuing an MSc in Psychological Sciences at Brunel University London, where I am uncovering the profound connection between the mind and body.
My additional training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Compassionate Inquiry equips me with tools to guide you not just through physical movements, but through a holistic approach that nurtures healing, self-awareness, and growth. I am deeply passionate about helping others heal holistically, addressing both the body and mind to facilitate true transformation.
As a certified Yoga Protocol Instructor, I integrate ancient yogic practices with modern psychological science. This powerful fusion helps create a personalized, evidence-based approach to transformation—one that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit.
Before venturing into yoga and psychology, I worked in structural engineering and construction management in Hamburg, Germany. This background, grounded in precision and organization, has shaped my ability to craft structured, yet deeply transformative yoga sessions. My transition into psychology and yoga was driven by a passion to help others heal holistically, and I am now dedicated to guiding you on a journey of healing, self-discovery, and lasting transformation.

Namaste! I am Anchal Garg, Yoga wellness instructor certified by Ayush Ministry (Government of India) and my journey spans over 7 years of practice.
Since 2018 I have been practicing and promoting traditional Hatha Yoga. I personally believe that yoga is much more beyond physical awareness and as stress is becoming a part of our lifestyle, Hatha Yoga helps to achieve that stillness of mind which is required to keep us going in fast paced life.
I am passionate about helping people on their transformative and life-changing yoga journey. I follow holistic and personalized approach during my sessions including asanas, pranyama and meditation to benefit inside out.
