What is Posture and Why is it Important?Posture is simply how you hold your body when sitting, standing, or even sleeping. When your posture is good, your spine stays straight, your muscles feel relaxed, and your body works better. But poor posture—like slouching—can hurt your back, neck, and even your mood over time.

Take a moment to notice your posture right now. Are you sitting up straight? (You just fixed it, didn’t you? 😊)

What Happens if We Ignore Our Posture?Our spine is the foundation of our body, and if it’s not aligned, it can lead to:

  • Back and neck pain.

  • Tight and weak muscles.

  • Feeling tired or stiff all the time.

The good news? You can fix it with small changes!

Simple Tips to Improve Your Posture

  1. Sit properly: Keep your back straight, shoulders relaxed, and feet flat on the ground.

  2. Move more: Don’t stay in one position for too long—stretch or take a walk.

  3. Strengthen your core: A strong core helps your back stay straight.

  4. Stretch daily: Stretching relieves tightness and keeps your spine healthy.
